“Yes, territories are occupied, but by the West” (video)
Armenian politicians connect OSCE Minsk group US Co-Chair James Warlick’s announcements with geopolitical developments and nothing more. On the eve of the liberation of Shushi, US Co-Chair’s announcement surprised and made Artsakh war participants angry. Politician Ashot Manucharyan agrees only with Americans “occupied territories” definition and adds that occupants are not Armenians, but western diplomats, who claim that Armenian lands must be returned to Azerbaijan, and don’t let Diaspora Armenians resettle in these territories. Politician Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan finds the negotiations over Warlick’s points meaningless, the mechanisms aren’t developed, besides they contradict each other, and Manvel Sargsyan notes that in Artsakh issue the positions haven’t been changed.
