Newly-built apartment block given in Stepanakert
On 8 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in a ceremony of putting into operation the newly-built apartment building on the Toumanyan Street in capital Stepanakert. The Head of the State underlined that the process of providing the population with flats corresponding to modern standards would remain at the spotlight of the state.
