The Government refused Pashinyan
The Executive is against the changes and additions to the bill of the RA Code of Administrative Offences, which was introduced by RA NA deputy Nikol Pashinyan. He suggests “reducing fine amounts for a number of minor traffic rule violations”, which according to the Government decision is not reasonable and can have negative influence from the viewpoint of prevention of road accidents.
