Tigran Balayan says no NGO can drive a wedge between centuries-old and time-tested relations of the two nations
I do not think that any NGO will be able to drive a wedge between Armenia and Russia, with the aim of spoiling the centuries-old and time-tested relations of the two nations, Tigran Balayan, a spokesman for Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, said in reply to Azatutyun Radio. All NGOs in Armenia are registered and operate within the law, he added. Tigran Balayan was asked to comment on the statement of Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volinkin who said some NGOs in Armenia seek to drive a wedge between Armenia and Russia.
