Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volinkin says it is necessary to ‘neutralize’ all non-governmental organizations that want ‘to drive a wedge’ between Armenia and Russia and spoil the relations of the two countries, Azatutyun.am reports.
In his interview with Russian-language Noev Kovcheg newspaper, Ivan Volinkin said, “I believe that Russia should actively announce about its presence in the Armenian information field. The issue is unquestionable. At the same time, it is necessary to neutralize those non-governmental organizations that want to drive a wedge between Armenia and Russia. For example, Russia should pass a law to regulate the activities of NGOs.”
