Criminal case on the relatives of the accused on Harsnakar issue
A criminal case was initiated on the incident during “Harsnakar” issue judgment publication on RA Criminal Code Article 343 Part 1. The examinations in the General Court served as basis for criminal case in Nor Nork Police investigation department, which were done based on trial recordings and media videos. On March 24 in Avan and Nor Nork Court of General Jurisdiction after the publication of “Harsnakar issue” judgment , the relatives of the accused cursed the court, the prosecutor and the journalists.
