What the situation was 2 years ago without cameras (video)
Two years ago, when there were no cameras and speedometers in Yerevan, there were such violations, which happen only in computer games. Though the drivers complain of the legislators’ fines, they must agree that speedometers and cameras have regulated the traffic. Drivers say that they aren’t against speedometers and cameras, but against the fine amounts. The minimum fine is 10 thousand AMD. There are 435 000 cars in Armenia and only 115 000 of them haven’t broken the rule during 27 months. 100 000 cars broke the law once and 50 000 cars- twice. Watch the video
