Serzh Sargsyan, Giorgi Margvelashvili discuss Armenia-Georgia relations in Prague

Serzh Sargsyan has met with Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili in the Czech Republic. The two men discussed Armenian-Georgian relations, highlighting cooperation in economic, cultural and other sectors and the prospects for development.  They also underscored high-level mutual visits and talks between the two countries. Serzh Sargsyan stressed that an effective basis has been created to raise Armenia-Georgia relations to a qualitatively new level which provides good opportunities for constructive cooperation between the two countries. Speaking about the development of economic collaboration, the two leaders emphasized the cooperation in transportation, transport communication, and in several other mutually beneficial domains. Serzh Sargsyan and Giorgi Margvelashvili referred to other regional issues and challenges as well. The Armenian leader left for Prague on April 24 to participate in the high-level meeting dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership.
