Sargsyan changed UNO Permanent Representative
Serzh Sargsyan, guided by RA Constitution Article 55, Point 8, took a decision to dismiss Karen Nazaryan from position of RA Permanent Representative in the UNO. With another order Zohrab Mnatsakanyan was appointed RA Permanent Representative in the UNO.
