Arthur Baghdasaryan to leave for Moscow
Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council (NSC) leaves for Moscow on April 21 to participate in the meeting of CSTO Security Council Secretaries. Arthur Baghdasaryan will deliver a speech at the sitting. During his visit, the NSC official will hold meetings with his Russian counterpart Nikolai Patrushev and CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha, the NSC Press Service reports.
