BHK Deputy David Kocharyan’s application on dropping the parliamentary mandate is on the table of party secretary Naira Zohrabyan. “David Kocharyan doesn’t want to be a deputy,”- says Mrs. Zohrabyan.
Naira Zohrabyan doesn’t know the reasons for it. Now he is not in the country, when he comes, we will know. In any case now there is no other application from David Kocharyan, “Leaving the party, dropping the mandate, I haven’t heard such information or desire from David.”
Naira Zohrabyan has her opinion, why David Kocharyan doesn’t want to be NA deputy. But party’s loss won’t be big, “To be honest, he hasn’t been active legislator.”
Party secretary rejected that David Kocharyan’s step is a display by the authorities to split the party, “If there is such scenario, they will make David Kocharyan leave the party and remain independent deputy.”
Naira Zohrabyan spoke about future plans of the four. Soon the four’s another session will take place. She can’t say if the four’s other powers want to stay or leave the four, “I am sure that BHK hasn’t done, isn’t doing and won’t do steps, which can split the four’s unity.”
