Speaker of the National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan, one of the potential candidates to lead the government after the resignation of Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, can become a 'political bridge' between the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) and Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), says Karen Kocharyan, an expert in political technologies. Talking to A1+, the expert referred to Serzh Sargsyan's initiative to invite political forces to consultations to consider the candidature of the new prime minister. "This political process is observed in many countries. Political negotiations are quite normal, the name of the new prime minister is not publicised because they cannot agree on the issue. Especially when the BHK and ARF-Dashnaktsutyun become part of the coalition, they cannot share the responsibility. One thing is clear; there will be one prime minister and Hovik Abrahamyan is the most likely candidate to be appointed to the post," said Mr Kocharyan.
