Azerbaijan returned captive Arsen Khojoyan
Arsen Khojoyan, who passed Armenian –Azerbaijani border on March 7, was returned to Armenia. RA DM speaker Artsrun Hovhannisyan said in the conversation with “A1+” that he has been taken to Ijevan hospital for examination. “DM and Red Cross representatives negotiated with Azerbaijani side,”- he said. Arsen Khojoyan told during the questioning that he crossed the border by accident: he is a shepherd.
