Citizen reported about forgery by official
RA Special Investigation Service has initiated a criminal case under the 1st part of the 314th article of RA Criminal Code by the materials, received from RA General Prosecutors’ Office, prepared according to the Citizen A. A.’s report. According to the Citizen A. A’ s report, on May 22, 2013, in Kotayq region Investigation Division of the GID of RA Police he gave a written explanation about the accident, that took place with his participation the day before and the investigator recorded it, but while preliminary investigation Citizen A. A’ has revealed that the mentioned protocol of explanation and his signatures were forged. The preliminary investigation in underway, the SIS Press Service reported.
