Lars highway is open only for vehicles with up to 30 seats
Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all roads in the country are open to traffic, with only Sotk-Karvachar roadway remaining blocked. According to the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia’s Interior Ministry Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for vehicles with tyre chains that can seat up to 30 passengers.
