The power is to be changed from top to bottom, Leader of the Heritage Party, Raffi Hovannisian, said when commenting on the resignation of Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. “One resignation is not enough as it will not solve the problems in the country,” he said. Raffi Hovannisian refrained from answering the question about the next premier. He only said he had scheduled meetings in regions and left. Raffi Hovannisian today participated in the rally in defense of Shahen Harutyunyan, the son of jailed opposition activist Shant Harutyunyan, who is charged with hooliganism.
