Justice Minister: CC decision is another step towards developing our legal field
Armenia’s Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan has commented on the Constitutional Court’s verdict on the mandatory funded pension reform. “We all heard the decision of the Constitutional Court which aroused varied and contradictory reactions. Everyone sees in the decision what they want to see. I call on everyone, specifically lawyers, to refrain from drawing early conclusions and interpretations. Obviously, the CC decision is another step towards developing our legal field. I am sure that it will help create the most effective pension system in Armenia. I hope that in the near future I will have the opportunity to express my opinion on the CC decision,” Mr Tovmasyan wrote on his Facebook account.
