CC won’t make decision today
Constitutional Court will publish its decision tomorrow. It was informed to “A1+” by High Court. The CC examined the application of “I am against” civil initiative and four non-governmental powers for two days, some provisions of “Funded Pensions” law, especially recognizing the mandatory component anti-constitutional. At High Court the application was presented by ARF Deputy Artsvik Minasyan, lawyer Mery Khachatryan and advocate Artak Zeynalyan. The respondent was HHK Deputy Hakob Hakobyan, as well as CB council member Nerses Yeritsyan, Labour and Social Affairs Minister Artem Asatryan answered to CC questions.
