Republicans only pay attention to Tsarukyan's statements

Republican MP Hovhannes Sahakyan did not take the intention of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) to ‘build barricades’ seriously. He says BHK has decided to become a locomotive between the non-coalition forces. “The most radical and extremist force in the opposition that criticizes the government usually becomes a locomotive and the BHK has assumed the role,” he said. The secretary of the Republican parliamentary group added that his party only takes into account the statement of BHK leader Gagik Tsarukyan while the idea about barricades was put forward by BHK MP Vahan Babayan. “Judging by their posture you cannot say that they are ready to fight behind the barricades, besides, we did not give them any reasons for building barricades,” said the Republican MP.
