Concert with “compressed love”
“OLD BAND” ethnic Armenian musical group on April 2, on YTC Academic Theatre stage will perform charitable concert- performance. The group is supported by Cultural Dialogue and development, filmmaking industry progress and new names investigation project, which representative Anush Khocharyan today at the meeting with the journalists announced, that there will be surprises, world famous director, Ukrainian Folk Artist Roman Balayan will also be present. Armenian folk music is also included in the performance. Works of Komitas also will be performed. All members of the band are volunteers together with their profession. According to the words of Conductor Alexander Iradyan, money is not primary in this work and they work with enthusiasm, “If people are paid for something, it becomes a job, but we do all this with love compressed in us.”
