Obama: “Russia must withdraw the army from Ukrainian border”
Voice of America USA President Barack Obama said that Russia must withdraw the army from Ukrainian border and start negotiations over tension reduction. In the interview to “CBS” American TV, President Obama said that the movements of Russian army are nothing but attempts to terrorize Ukraine by adding that “Russia can have additional plans.” Ukraine's National Security Council head Andrey Paruba said that Russia moved about 100 thousands soldiers towards Ukrainian northern, southern and western borders. According to Paruba, Russian army is in full combat readiness and is ready to attack. Russian authorities claim that soldiers gathered beside Ukrainian borders take part in spring trainings and assured the USA that they won’t cross the border. According to the experts of the West, around eastern and southern borders of Ukraine there are about 30 thousands Russian soldiers.
