Young members of the Democratic Party of Armenia will participate in the March 28 rally to be held by I am Against civil movement outside the Constitutional Court, Hripsime Hovakimyan, a member of the party, told A1+. “We hope that the Constitutional Court will hear our calls and will not take an anti-constructional decision,” she said. At the same time, Hripsime Hovakimyan says their initiative should not be politicized. “Regardless of our political views, we are ordinary citizens and are ready to fight for our rights.” She then cited the words of the acting authorities who said they are concerned about the fate of younger generations and the mandatory funded pension component aims to ensure a bright future for them. “And who is to care for current living conditions? People are leaving Armenia, and you will hardly find anyone in the country in 40 years’ time,” she said.
