Secretary of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction, Aram Manukyan, today had to repeat his question about the Vorotan Cascade for a third time.
“Fifty percent of Armenia’s reservoirs were transferred to the Vorotan system in an instance. The Vorotan Cascade was, in its turn, sold to another country. Did you have the right to sell the reservoirs of strategic importance?” said Mr Manukyan.
Replying the MP’s question, Minister of Energy and natural resources, Armen Movsisyan, reminded that he had already made verbal and written queries about the complex.
“We will respond to the written question in a timely manner,” said the minister.
