Old Erivan vs Unibank
Support A1+!The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan's Kentron and Nork-Marash districts today started hearing on the lawsuit of Manvel Ter-Arakelyan, owner of Old Erivan restaurant complex. The plaintiff states that Vardan Atayan, Chairman of the Executive Board “Unibank” CJSC violated the Criminal Code, but the investigative authority refused to prosecute him. Manvel Ter-Arakelyan says his company was declared bankrupt deliberately, but he prefers not to give names at present. The court sitting was adjourned till April 11.
