“ArmenTel”’s application refused
RA Administrative Court rejected the "ArmenTel" CJSC claim against State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition. “ArmenTel” demanded to annul the Commission’s 10.04.2013, No. 97-A decision. By SCPEC decision, it was decided that “ArmenTel” has dominant position in "The public telecommunication services" market. By "ArmenTel"’s "blocking outgoing calls" service delivery, long-distance, international, mobile, and other value added services are blocked, by which the right to call other operators with 060 code is also limited.
