Sotk-Karvachar roadway difficult to pass
All interstate and intercommunity roads in Armenia are trafficable as of 9.30, March 19, according to the Ministry of Transport and Communication. Motorists are advised against driving Sotk-Karvachar roadway which is difficult to pass. Snow clearing continues on roadways. The Emergency Department of Georgia’s Interior Ministry reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for all means of transport.
