529 purchase competitions electronically
Through the electronic purchase system (armeps.am), there have already been 529 competitions since the beginning of the year. According to the estimations of Purchasing Assistance Center Director of the Ministry of Finance Harutyun Tunyan, this rate proves the modernization of electronic purchase system and its full implementation. From January the state bodies do both open procedure and frame agreement shopping electronically, which allows state shopping take part in filling of applications and necessary documents and sending them online. According to PAC Director, electronic competitions will make all the documents available, it will exclude any interference ensuring fair competition.
