Harutyun Kushkyan appointed Health Minister in Karabakh
On March 14, President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Harutyun Kushkyan, a former Minister of Health in Armenia, Health Minister in the NKR. Talking to A1+, Shushan Hunanyan, a spokesman for Harutyun Kushkyan, said the minister has already left for Stepanakert, the capital of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Minister of Health of the NKR, Zoya Lazaryan, was relieved of her duties in accordance with her resignation letter.
