Loan to NKR increased
According to the Government’s decision inter-state loan project money amount to the NKR has increased by 1 billion AMD, about 10 billions AMD, as well as RA 2013 state budget deficit financing inner sources project rates were adjusted. Due to the developments in the system Gavar, Martuni, Dilijan, Alaverdi, Spitak, Tashir, Sisian, Artik, Maralik cities’ payments are done electronically. Before that, the documents were transferred by local treasury departments. Taking into consideration this fact, RA Government in today’s session took out mentioned cities’ treasury departments from RA Finance Ministry staff system. There were no suggestions or remarks by RA Justice Ministry and RA Civil Service Board on the issue.
