A failed coup attempt and 15 arrestees… Several months have passed since November 5 but the investigative authorities have taken no effort to disclose the case, says Lawyer Inessa Petrosyan, who represents the interests of arrestee Shant Harutyunyan. She sees political motivations behind the arrest. Alexander Arzumanyan, an MP of the opposition Heritage Party, says the measure of restraint has not been reviewed either. “The reason is obvious.
