The third judge will judge Vazgen Khachikyan
RA Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs' Social Security Service former head Vazgen Khachikyan will be judged by Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash districts Court of General Jurisdiction judge Arshak Vardanyan. Though the day of trial is not clear yet. We remind that on February 27 judge Mesrop Makyan rejected, noting that Vazgen Khachikyan was his classmate and they continued their relation after graduation. Another judge of this case Mkhitar Papoyan was employed in that court. In fact 3 judges have been assigned for this case. Besides Vazgen Khachikyan, case goes to another 12 people, who worked in different regional departments. They are accused for stealing large amounts of money from the state budget and pensioners through organized group by forging signatures of the retired and dead. In particular Vazgen Khachikyan is accused for stealing 260.956.681 AMD
