People cannot get pension
Long queues have formed outside VTB Armenia Bank at 8 Garegin Nzhdeh in Yerevan due to the faults of ATM. Talking to A1+, some pensioners said they encounter the same problem every month when they come to receive a pension. The director of the Service Centre told the group that the problem was connected with the system and would be eliminated before 3 p.m. Disappointed with the answer, many pensioners and customers are still standing the territory of the bank.
