Online application to the Municipality
Yerevan Municipality official website gives opportunity to all the residents of the capital to submit online applications to different departments of Municipality. Online applications are presented in the relevant department- filling the missing lines and attaching the documents if necessary. During 2013 144 online applications were received. All the online applications as in the case of hard cover applications were given answers according to the law and in relevant time limits. The online application gives opportunity to the residents to submit applications and get answers from home or any place using the computer. We note that Yerevan Municipality website gives opportunity to follow the hard cover application process with the special code provided.
