Serzh Sargsyan congratulated the songwriter on his 65th birth anniversary, wishing him robust health and new achievements in his work. In 2011, Artur Meschian was awarded St. Mesrop Mashtots Order for his outstanding artistic achievements in the areas of arts and culture.
