Homeless families never seen flats (video)
The temporary settlements of Gyumri are becoming isolated in separate communities within a community. Long observations in temporary settlements show that the youth born and grown up there gets married and forms new families separating from their paternal families again moving to a cabin. There are many young families who have never seen flats and they are afraid that their children will grow up, marry and live in the same cabins like them. The video of “Shirak center” is about a couple with such fate. They are not included in the state's waiting list for housing and they don’t have hope that they will ever get a flat.
