In Transport Ministry deductions are not mandatory

In the Ministry of Transport and Communications the pension payments haven’t been mandatory. Today after the Government’s session assured deputy Gagik Beglaryan in response to the question of “A1+” by adding, “Those who refused paying, haven’t been charged.” Minister of Ecology Aram Harutyunyan noted that he isn’t informed, “We act according to the order, we don’t follow instructions, I don’t know details how it is exercised, yet there is no mandatory function.”
