Armenia reacts to deadly violence in Ukraine
Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Tigran Balayan, has given an interview to Armenpress News Agency. Asked to comment on the latest clashes on Maidan (Independence Square in Kiev) which left at least 25 killed and numerous injured in the city, Mr. Balayan said, “We I am deeply worried about the grave new escalation in Kiev and the reported victims. Ukraine is our friend. We hope that the sides will resume talks to achieve a peaceful solution to the conflict.”
