Armenian Minister, British officials discuss Azerbaijan’s subversive operations

Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received on February 18 a delegation of the British Group Inter-Parliamentary Union.

The interlocutors discussed Armenian-British military cooperation and the prospects for its expansion. They also dwelt on regional security issues and Armenia’s security policy, specifically in the context of the country’s future accession to the Customs Union, relations with the CSTO and NATO, Russia’s military presence in Armenia, and relations with neighbours.

At the request of the guests, the Armenian official presented the dynamics and the causes of border incidents, subversive operations unleashed by Azerbaijan.
