Ararat Marz has new governor
By a decree of Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Karlen Hakobyan has been relieved of his duties as Marzpet (regional governor) of Ararat marz (province). By another decree of the Armenian premier, Ilyich Shadyan has been appointed to the position.
