Monitoring on Martakert-Tartarr road
On February 18 OSCE mission with the agreement of the NKR Government held Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces' border monitoring on the Martakert-Tartarr road. From the position of the NKR Defense Army the monitoring was carried out by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman Evgeny Sharov / Ukraine / and Christo Christov / Bulgaria /, as well as Office employee of the OSCE Chairman Peter Svedberge. On the opposite side of the border the monitoring group included Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Anjey Kasprzyk and his field assistants Irzhi Aberle / Czech Republic / and William Pryor / Great Britain/. The monitoring passed in accordance with the agreed schedule, the fire regime was fixed.
