CEC to convene special session Feb 14
The Central Election Commission of Armenia is due to convene a special session at 12.00 February 14. Among other issues, the CEC is to discuss appointment of members in two constituencies and making addenda to Decision 64-A adopted by the CEC on August 15, 2011, CEC Press Service reports.
