The residents of Hatsarat district in Gavar who blocked the road of district today in the morning, didn’t meet the deputies. “We opened the road, as the governor of Gegharkunik Rafik Grigoryan promised to solve our problem. He assured that the roads in Hatsarat would be repaired. In five days our councils will meet the governor and it will be clear when the roads would be repaired.,”- they said in a conversation with us.
