ANC activists' case can already be taken to the European Court without exhaustion of internal means. I am sure if the context is presented properly (Lusine Sahakyan and Ervand Varosyan can do it), the European Court will take the case into proceedings as it has recently taken Maydan’s case. Besides, already many international organizations recorded that in Armenia the political activists’ measures of gatherings awareness, conducting and participation in the legal protection don’t work. First, one of the more vivid forms of those violations is so called extraction, second, obviously done recordings, which are presented to be done for legal and administrative purposes, actually are done for criminal and even political prosecution purposes but are disguised as legal and administrative procedures.
