Why does EuroMaidan attract Armenian activists?
Armenian activists are going to EuroMaidan to participate in demonstrations, says,” Vice-Chairperson of the Free Democrats Party. “The spirit of independence and freedom reigns in EuroMaidan. Most probably our activists go there to feel that spirit, rather than gain experience,” Anush Sedrakyan, told a news conference on Monday. She says Armenians can teach Ukrainians a lot of things, for example, how one can be deceived and pressurized, how to face numerous problems and go ahead through negotiations. Speaking about EuroMaidan, Anush Sedrakyan said, “declarative slogans are heard there though the slogans cannot encourage major political figures.”
