Courts in Yerevan to hear civil activist's lawsuit
The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan’s Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts today is to hear the lawsuit filed by Karo Yeghnukyan against the Armenian Police and Prosecutor’s Office. Yeghnukyan is appealing their decision to institute a criminal case against a poster seeding hatred as well as for not ensuring the security of his family. At 4 p.m., Court of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts is to hear the appeal of Karo Yeghnukyan against discontinuing the proceedings in connection with his damaged car, Pre-parliament reports.
