Court rejects lawsuit against MP
Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan’s Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts has rejected the suit filed by businessman Arman Yeremyan and his mother Gayane Martirosyan against MP Arthur Gevorgyan. As we have reported earlier, Yeremyan sued Arthur Gevorgyan, the former head of Davtashen administrative district, for embezzling his money. In reply to the accusations, Gevorgyan said he did not know any person named Arman Yeremyan.
