Robert Qocharyan started it all

“The ruling pyramid of Armenia will destroy the corruption”, believes president of “Fatherland and honor” party and “Anti-corruption” NGO Garnik Margaryan. “I have information, according to which a rat race will start inside the ruling party; the president doesn’t rule the situation”. Mister Margaryan doesn’t rush giving names, only reminds that some people developed corruption in Armenia. “Robert Qocharyan started it with former Mayor of Yerevan Yervand Zakharyan and some other officials. And Qocharyan’s case is under investigation in Moscow and other objects are also being investigated in Russia”. He believes that members of the Republican party continue Qocharyan’s work.
