Former presidential candidate Vardan Sedrakyan’s cassation appeal has been returned. The decision is not a surprise to his lawyer Alexander Sirunyan. The decision is legal from the moment of its making and is final; it is not subjected to appeal. Vardan Sedrakyan’s lawyer announced many times that he will try reaching to justice in the European Court of Human Rights.
