Support A1+!Mr. Tumanyan’s speech on “Lincy” foundation was broadly-worded and detailed. He said the foundation has activated its investments since 1999 and implemented $150 million programs for two-year period.
Liberal Democratic Union leader Seyran Avagyan tried to complement Tumanyan’s report saying new middle class is being formed in Armenia. Speaking on middle class he means those Armenian citizens who receive about $300 million annually from their offshore compatriots and relatives.
