OSCE SEMINAR HELD IN ARMENIA

Economy

Armenian economy won’t develop quickly unless its various spheres are privatised, said OSCE representatives who organised “Smooth Management in the Process of Economic Development” two-day seminar in Armenia.

Armenian officials and international organisations’ representatives will discuss the issues on competitiveness in economy as well as policy and code being worked out in this area.

Such problems as unjust competition and position abuses will be discussed too. It was also told at the seminar that OSCE could provide support to Armenia’s energy system by investments.

Seminar participants emphasised that only privatisation of all branches could speed up the system development.

It is remarkable that President Adviser on Economy and Deputy Trade Minister as well as Financial, Budget and Economy Commissions representatives attended the seminar.
